Challenge :
This Company is one of the largest wholesale suppliers of dollar store items in
Texas. When we began our work with them they didn’t had a website because they had
an outdated database system which listed over 12,000 items in their inventory. The
inventory needed to be uploaded to the database system manually. They had a client
base of dollar store owners in Texas who were not computer/internet savvy. The company
did not have any internet presence at the time leaving them unable to generate adequate
amounts of new leads. Prior to now they received their large orders through the
phone from current clients which were difficult to maintain. Word-of-mouth orders
via phones like this resulted in incorrect shipments frequently.

Solution :
Our skilled professionals studied their database system thoroughly after which we
moved the database from their old system to web servers. We designed and developed
a website with all the inventory items available online to the customers which would
allow real-time database updates. Our employees researched all the keywords related
to their business and began search engine optimization for them. Their website earned
higher ranking in major search engines quickly which eventually increased their
online leads. Now the company receives orders from customers living in Mexico, Brazil,
Canada and the UAE. Our talented team has also developed an email marketing portal
for them which allow the company to send email to their customers containing their
specials or weekly newsletters.
